Description

This form allows you to quickly record notes about your records. Affix to the inside cover of your file to provide yourself with a summary of its contents, and the dates on which documents were added. Alternatively, you can fill the ‘record number’ field with your file’s index information and keep this form separate, to create a log of your record’s movements.

Sold in reams of 500 sheets. Please note that the item you receive will not include the Ausrecord logo watermark.
