Our standard government template file is designed to assist records keepers with information governance by allowing the movements of the folder to be recorded.
The added table allows records keepers to detail the movements of the file, including details such as the document to be actioned, the initials of the person who the document has been referred to and the date of the referral. The printed grid on the spine makes affixing our labels quick and easy.
Whilst this file has been designed to suit the majority of government records applications, some clients may have additional requirements.
